What would be more efficent?

Hypothetically lets say you're watching a guide for a game you like. You're stuck at one point or you want to become better...

Would it be better if you saw how a moderately good player plays and learn it first hand from first person point of view. (With commentary whilst playing)

Or.

Would it be better if you see that moderately good player cast the game from a 3rd person point of view and commentate on a replay of the game he played said above. The advantage here is that you could learn whats happening from both sides since there wont be a limitation to only a 1st person PoV.

It wasn't as good as I'd expect it to be, quality was pretty bad. I'll maybe start streaming in a few weeks when i switch to a cheap fiber optic but for now I'll just stick to frapsing and uploading at my youtube channel. Very sorry ;_; .

Views on competitive gaming?

What's your views on competitive online gaming? Starcraft 2 is growing ever more popular by each day and some people consider that a good thing, others are more skeptical about, and some straight up don't like that.

Could watching live tournaments on national TV become a reality? Tasteless (Nicolas Plott, right side) and Artosis (Dan Stemkoski, left side), also known as "Tastosis the casting Archon", are considered one of the best and most mainstream appealing casting duo in the business right now. Do you consider that you yourself and the average Joe (well maybe the average Joe who likes video games) could enjoy watching a game like this even if you don't completely grasp the idea and whats going on all the time? Does it have the necessary mainstream appeal or not? Share your thoughts !

I'll keep the parts to ~40-60 minutes each. Uploading will take more but I can promise a big upload of like 1h of gameplay every single day (at the very least). I'll do the math later and see exactly how much I can upload every day.

ALL FPS ISSUES ARE NOW RESOLVED

Looks like the last needle in the haystack was the Ubersampling. Now I am rocking it out at 50+fps at all times during recordings (some drops may occur from time to time but overall its VERY stable)!

I'll be uploading a shit ton pretty soon.

First Impressions from The Witcher 2

Well, I've only played about 1,2 hours worth of gameplay for now and I've queued everything up to be uploaded...

I can't say much about the game as of right now but I'm really enjoying it for now. Things that are kinda bothering me is the ridiculous amount of rolling you have to do and the slow-mo when changing abilities. Not that that's any major issue to complain about!

Also one thing that's kinda been bothering me is the fact that the optimization for this game isn't as good as you'd expect from a triple A sequel such as this. Lots of people are complaining about it running poorly at low fps even on good gaming rigs, and quite frankly I'm not pleased with the rather ridiculous fps drops I have to deal with sometimes (sometimes it drops to ~15), it doesn't appear bad during the recording but still its not as fluid as I'd want it to be. Maybe a patch will be released pretty soon? Who knows?

Though I couldn't care less about that right now... All I'm waiting is for the uploading to get done so that I could work on the next batch of videos to render!
